TYPES OF SHIPMENTS AT SPORTMASTERS.PL

Courier shipments are carried out daily - Monday to Friday by courier:
INPOST at 10:00 am
DPD and DHL till 13:00.

Please take the above deadlines into account when placing your orders and choosing your payment method.
Please also note that orders are processed in the order they are placed.

At each stage of order processing you will be informed by e-mail or telephone about its progress. All orders placed in the online store are assigned a waybill number, which the customer receives in an e-mail notification of order completion. With the waybill number you can track the shipment on the websites of courier companies:

In case of any problems with the delivery, please contact our office.
Please check the package in the presence of the courier, in case of any discrepancies with the sales document attached to the package or damage to the goods, the damage protocol should be drawn up together with the courier. Copy of the report should be sent to us in electronic form to the e-mail address sportmasters@sportmasters.pl or in traditional form by post to the address: SPORT MASTERS ul. Borowa 9a, Wilcza Góra, 05-506 Lesznowola with the note Complaint.

All customers of the sportmasters.pl Internet store do not pay for the shipment of orders over 2000.00 PLN (gross). Shipping costs are covered by SPORT MASTERS company. This promotion applies only to non-size goods.
