How to fill a punching bag? Scraps of leather, fabrics or rags are best for this. You can get them for free (in most cases) at tailors or other factories that produce clothes etc. The bags must not be filled with sand, water or earth.
The bag is made in POLAND!
Waiting time. When the bag is available, we need time to pack it and hand it over to the courier, usually it takes up to 3 business days.

For punching bags, the order fulfillment time is up to 21 days + transport time (usually 2 - 3 business days).
