The key role of training targets is to enable the coach to work on the precision, speed, strength and effectiveness of the training participant's hitting techniques. The coach can proactively work with the participant to perfect specific combinations of strikes, moves and locks. Training dials also allow you to perform dynamic training that is more reminiscent of real combat.
