Training dummy ideal for mastering hand techniques - jab, hooks and kicks in martial arts. The size and shape of the dummy resembles the opponent, which makes the training very realistic. Thanks to the massive base (110 kg when filled), it is stable during training, it does not wobble or fall over. Intended for use at home, club or outdoors, it can be freely moved depending on the needs. Recommended for use in many martial arts such as boxing, kickboxing, MMA, etc.
