Description of product
HOOK punching bag, made of super durable, certified Plavil material imported from Germany. This material is easy to clean and maintain. The bag has chains fastened with a snap hook - adapted to hooks and shock-absorbing springs, as well as specially reinforced riveted chain ears. Color: black and red. FILLED.

How to fill a punching bag? The best for this are leather, material or rag scraps. You can get them for free (in most cases) in tailoring shops or other factories that produce clothing, etc. The bags must not be filled with sand, water or soil.
The bag is manufactured in POLAND!
